Cicero Olivieri

Is the director of Tim Brasil Fixed and Transport Network. He is Telecommunication Engineer graduated in 1987 at CEFET-PR. Started his career as Antenna designer in Brasilsat Harald becoming Development Manager after two years. In 2000 was hired as Technology Manager in GVT, participating in this start up company that became a great success in Brazilian Telecom Market. During 10 years worked in GVT, passing through several positions like Engineering Director, NMC Director, Region Director and Vice President of Engineer and Operation (2007 till 2010). In 2010 was invited to be Broadband Director in Oi and in the end of 2011 jointed to TIM group leading the Fixed Network, in charge to the startup of TIM FIBER (Ultra Broadband services for Residential Customers in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro) and projects like FTTS (Fiber to the Site) and LT Amazonas (1.700 km of OPGW fiber backbone in rainforest).
