Modem ADSL FIBRA

The new ADSL/FIBRA access gateway which is included in Telecom Italia’s broadband service offer associated with the New Generation Network, exhibits significant eco-efficiency features:

this model is fully compliant with the low power state target defined by the European Code of Conduct on Energy Consumption of Broadband Equipment, while under full operating conditions it consumes up to 20% less energy as compared to the challenging targets set in the Code itself, with a significant reduction of GHG emissions;
the shell is manufactured using 30% less plastics as compared to a similar older generation model;
thanks to the application of eco-design rules, disassembly time has been reduced by 75%, thus making end-of-life management easier;
the packaging is made of 100% non-plasticized recycled cardboard.
